For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Ikkart acts as the data controller for personal information collected through our Platform. This policy applies to all visitors, registered customers, and sellers on the Platform. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, this policy also applies to any personal data you provide about individuals within that business.
