Shipping Policy

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Here are our delivery areas, times and fees.

Where we deliver

Ikkart delivers to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (all seven Emirates).

Delivery time

Orders are prepared within 0–1 business days.
Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 1–4 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same day where possible. Business days are Monday to Saturday.
Delivery can take longer during sales, public holidays or severe weather. We do not guarantee same-day delivery.

Shipping fees

Flat rate: AED 10 per order.
Free shipping on orders of AED 100 and above.
The exact shipping fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment methods and cash on delivery

You can pay by credit or debit card, or choose Cash on Delivery, which carries a AED 10 handling fee shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are final.

Tracking and delivery attempts

You receive order updates by email and can follow your order under My Orders or on the Track Order page. Our courier will try to contact you before delivery; if delivery fails we will contact you to arrange another attempt.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos so we can resolve it quickly. See our Return Policy.
